The description
An ancient southern variety, the cultivation of which dates back to Roman times. It is believed to be native to the Lapio area, on the hills east of Avellino.
Soft straw yellow in colour, with a typically herby aroma reflected perfectly on the palate with a bright flavour and striking tanginess.
