The description
It's a silky and mouth-enveloping Syrah, balanced, clean and fresh.
The grapes are harvested in the early September and then vinified in small stainless steel tanks, with long and medium maceration at controlled temperatures.
Ruby red color with violet hues. Typical scent, elegant with fruit notes of blackberry, ribes and other typical scents of this grape variety.
The taste is balanced, clean and fresh.
Food matches
Red meats, roast meats and cheeses. Also excellent complement to ethnic dishes such as cus-cus and to curry and spices based recipes.
