Monogram Rosé is Castel Faglia’s renown Cuvée obtained from the best Cru originating from the centennial vine-clad terraces of the company. It best expresses the nature and excellence of the Castel Faglia style. A style which enhances the strength of rich and complex flavours in perfect harmony with it’s refined and elegant scents. It is a result  of a wise essembly of variable percentages of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero.

TASTING
The scent carries spiced and intense aromas of mixed red berries. The colour is rosy with shades of orange, a lively mousse with abundant and persistent perlage. The flavour is fruity, elegant and harmonious, full-bodied and lasting yet noble and gentle.

Food matches

Thanks to it’s features it may be served in any moment. Perfect with shellfish, caviar, raw fish, fish and white meat and selected cold cuts. It’s ideal to create a special atmosphere during cocktails and important occasions.
